Brock Berrigan

Everyone loves a bit of triphop now and again right…..?

I really wasn’t sure what triphop was but now I have come to learn that triphop is in fact ‘a music genre consisting of downtempo electronic music which originated in the early 1990s in the UK, especially Bristol. Deriving from “post”-acid house‘. I admit I wikipedia-ed it… don’t judge me.

Recently, beat-maker and multi-instrumentalist Brock Berrigan – known as the Rooster man by some for his choice of mask – released his album ‘Daily Routine’.

The funk sound of his music compliments its pulsing electronic foundation fervently.
